RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every DBJ piece is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our studio. As each piece is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in colour, finish and form are a natural part of the making process.
- We offer free returns on orders placed through our website and delivered within the United States.
- Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the United States.
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery by logging into your account.
- Returned pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging and include the packing slip.
- Return shipments must be handed to the courier within 7 days of receiving your return label.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Promotional purchases, including Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers.
- Used or damaged pieces.
- Requests based on minor colour or design variations.
- Refused deliveries.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 5- 7 days once your returned piece has been received and approved.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
We offer free exchanges if your order:
- Arrives damaged in transit
- Is faulty
- Contains an incorrect piece
Please email sales@dhwanibansal.com with photographs of the piece within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched after the original piece has been returned in its original condition.
