Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by your local authorities. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Every order is carefully packed at either our studio in Boston or Bangalore before dispatch.
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
- During weekends, public holidays and collection launches, processing may take up to 72 hours.
The estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-8 business days
- Europe: 4-8 business days
- Rest of the world: 4-8 business days based on the region

Include a personal message at checkout or have it sent in our signature gift box (for sets only) directly to the recipient. Pricing information is never included in the package.
